Price Increase Notice - Effective June 15, 2026

Thank you for choosing Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa and for supporting our locally owned business over the years. It has been our pleasure to serve the Red Deer and Central Alberta community for more than 25 years, and we are truly grateful for the trust you place in us.

As many of you know, we have worked hard to keep our pricing stable for as long as possible. However, due to rising operational costs, product costs, utilities, insurance, and other industry-wide increases beyond our control, a price adjustment has become necessary.

Effective June 15, 2026, our service pricing will be updated. Any appointments booked on or after June 15, 2026, will be subject to the new pricing structure.

We remain committed to providing exceptional experiences, investing in our team, maintaining our facilities, and delivering the high-quality services you have come to expect from Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa.

Please note that the pricing displayed under the Spa Menu section of our website reflects our new pricing. Our online booking system will be updated June 15th when pricing comes into effect.
